FULL SCALE EMERGENCY EXERCISE
The Franklin County Emergency Management Agency, the Franklin County Agricultural Society (Farmington Fair), first responders, and community volunteers participated in a full scale emergency exercise on September 10 at the Farmington Fairgrounds. The mock emergency was reported to dispatch at 9:22. There was a collapse of the crowded grandstand during the demolition derby. There were many reports of injuries and panic.
